So what's the big idea?

Eskgrove really is different and it’s not a claim we make lightly. When we started our business we wanted to change the way people think about choosing a new home.

Priorities have changed, technology has evolved and new legislation makes it easier for people to enjoy the comforts and benefits of a highly efficient new home.

What do our homes look like?

Right now we have six different house styles but these are still being fine-tuned to ensure that when our first homes go on sale in Summer of 2011 they will meet the exacting needs of our customers.

An Eskgrove home has huge levels of insulation and is designed and built to allow as little heat as possible to escape into the outside world. And under floor heating ensures an even, comfortable temperature throughout your house with no draughts or cold spots.

quieter

The internal walls and intermediate floors are designed with additional layers of acoustic insulation to ensure your Eskgrove home provides you with the calm and peaceful haven you deserve.

cleaner

Every Eskgrove home has a full house ventilation and heat recovery system installed to provide fresh warm air. There is also lots of storage designed into all the right places in the house to allow the house to be clean and tidy, easily, at all times.

greener

Heating and hot water is provided by heat pumps capturing the ‘free’ energy from the sun. All appliances are chosen with their energy rating in mind and LED lighting is introduced throughout the home. Energy consumption is reduced by up to 70% at a stroke.

your land

We will be building in some of the most beautiful rural areas throughout Scotland but if you want one of our homes on your own land then we’re happy to oblige. Choose which house type and specification level you want and enjoy the peace of mind which comes from using an experienced builder to build the home of your dreams.
