Colin Cumberland

Managing Director
A qualified QS, the co-founder of Applecross is very much the joint visionary with business partner Graham Aggett, continually challenging the status quo in the Applecross drive to build houses that are way better than average.

Colin’s interest in ensuring that the public, and politicians, understand the nature and dynamics of the house building industry underpins his involvement with Homes for Scotland, the house building body whose members build 95% of all houses in Scotland.
