Applecross was founded in 1979 when two quantity surveyors from Edinburgh got together in Saudi Arabia over a copy of The Scotsman property supplement. Colin Cumberland and Graham Aggett came home to follow their dream of a property company specialising in the quality refurbishment of notable Edinburgh properties. Today, they’re still central to how Applecross gets things done, a constant reminder that being ‘good enough’ quite simply never is.
