Every Applecross home comes with a pair of guarantees. Firstly, a two-year NHBC* Buildmark guarantee covering any defects arising from below-standard work. Then there’s a further eight years of cover, again under the NHBC Buildmark. This provides insurance cover against major structural problems.
Established over 65 years ago as a non-profit company, the NHBC helps to raise standards in home construction and improve the quality of new homes. For example, NHBC registers house builders, sets standards of construction, inspects homes and provides consumer protection through its Buildmark Cover.
