We are delighted to announce another joint venture with Blackrock International Lands plc to re-develop the original Edinburgh Fruitmarket site in the West of Edinburgh. Outline planning consent has been granted for 482 units and we are due to start on site early in 2008.
The Fruitmarket team comprises some of our valued partners:
- SMC Parr, will be our Architects and Master planners.
- Blyth & Blyth will be repsonsible for Structural & Civil and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- EC Harris will be our Quantity Surveyors
- Kirk and Marsh will be our CDM Co-ordinators
- Ian White Associates will be our Landscape Architects
- And last but certainly not least Turley Associates will be our Planning Consultants.
