This is a chance for you to do a thorough inspection of your new home in the company of the person responsible for building it, and the Head of Customer Care who will take care of you from the day you move in. You’ll get a handover pack full of important information, everything you need to know about your home, from the interior paint details to appliance instructions, as well as who to contact if the need arises.
